Docker: Create an image with HEALTHCHECK & SHELL instructions

Problem Statement:

Write a Dockerfile that:

• Uses the HEALTHCHECK instruction to monitor the container's health.
• Uses the SHELL instruction to change the default shell.
• Verify the health check works by running the container and checking its status, and confirm the shell changes are effective in the container.
