2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 5 days of registration or purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions: A Bootcamp, Skill Track, or Job-Ready Program purchase made through direct payment is non-refundable under any one of the following conditions:
   • Content Download: If you download any training content, including but not limited to PDFs, PPTs, source code, or project files.
   • Video Consumption: If you watch more than 20 minutes of videos pertaining to live sessions, video courses, projects, or Interview Q&A.
   • Hands-on Labs Practice: If you practice or attempt more than 1 hands-on lab.
   • Quick Notes Consumption: If you consume Quick Notes for more than 20 minutes.
   • Skill Tests Usage: If you engage in Skill Tests for more than 20 minutes.
   • Interview Q&A Usage: If you consume Interview Q&A for more than 20 minutes.
4. Request Deadline: No refund request will be entertained after 5 days from the date of registration or purchase.
5. Right to Revise Terms: ScholarHat reserves the right to revise these terms from time to time by posting the updated terms on the website.

Terms and Conditions for EMI/Installments

1. Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable: Purchases made through EMI or Installment plans are non-refundable and non-cancellable, irrespective of course usage or the date of the refund request.
2. Non-Cancellation of Approved EMIs: Once approved, EMIs or Installments through our payment partners, including Razorpay, LiquiLoans, or Jodo, cannot be canceled or reversed by ScholarHat.
3. Failed Payment Consequences:
   • Additional Charges: In the event of a failed or delayed EMI/Installment payment, you may incur additional charges, interest, penalties, or fees imposed by your financial institution or payment processor. These charges are your sole responsibility.
   • Revocation of Access: Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to the enrolled course or program, with no refund.
