Refund Policy

Once a valid refund request submitted, the refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving the refund request. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit/debit card or bank account. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit/debit card and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

When you buy a online training program or membership on ScholarHat, you have to agree to our refund policy which includes following terms.

Cancellation & Refunds

ScholarHat reserves the right to postpone/cancel a live training or change the time of a training because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force measure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability etc.)

Terms and Conditions for Direct Payment
  1. We offer users a 5-day, no-question-asked money back guarantee on Self-Paced training and Live training if no training content (PDF, PPTs, Code) has been downloaded.
  2. The refund should be claimed within 5 days of registration or purchase.
  3. A Self-Paced training and Live training purchase is Non-Refundable:
    • If you download the training content (PDF, PPTs, Code).
    • If you watch more than 30 mins. video course or class recordings.
  4. No such request will be entertained after 5 days of registration or purchase.
  5. Company reserves the absolute rights to revise these terms without prior notice to you other than by posting revised terms on the website.
Terms and Conditions for EMI/Installments
  1. The refund policy terms and conditions mentioned here do not apply for EMI/Installments.
  2. Approved EMIs will not be canceled in case of RazorPay EMI or LiquiLoans EMI.
  3. In case of RazorPay EMI or LiquiLoans EMI failed payment, you may be subject to any additional charges or fees imposed by your financial institution or payment processor. These charges are solely your responsibility.
  4. If you failed to make timely payments for your course fee EMI/Installments then your access to the subscribed course can be revoked and paid EMI/Installments amount is Non Refundable.
  5. The Company will not be responsible for any delay or loss of progress in the course due to the revoke of access caused by a failed payment.
Late Payment for Installments
  1. Failure to complete fees/installments within 15 days from the initial notification will result in permanent termination of access to the enrolled course, with no refunds.
  2. The Company will not be responsible for any delay or loss of progress in the course due to the revoke of access caused by a failed payment.
Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

How to initiate Refund request

By dropping an email to our customer support team at support@scholarhat.com. All refunds request will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval of the refund request from ScholarHat.
