By purchasing an online course, training program (Individual Skill Track, Job-Ready Track, or Bootcamp), or Membership Program (Live Training or Career Membership) on ScholarHat, you agree to our subscription policies outlined below:

Bootcamp Access & Validity (Effective 1 June 2026)

1. Access to Bootcamp programs is valid for 2 years from the date of activation.
2. Enrolled students are eligible to attend live doubt-clearing sessions in one active batch, either the immediately upcoming batch or the most recently started batch.
3. If a student is unable to join the assigned batch due to a medical issue or other genuine emergency, they may request to join the next available doubt-clearing batch, provided the request is made within 1 year of activation.
4. The subscription period starts immediately upon activation, regardless of whether the content is accessed, attended, or used.
5. Once the 2-year access period expires, continued access requires a paid renewal.

Membership Plan Access & Validity (Effective 1 June 2026)

1. By default, access to Career Membership programs and their included Bootcamps is valid for 1 year from the date of activation.
2. Where available, you may purchase 2-year access to the Career Membership program and its included Bootcamps. Please verify the selected access period before completing your purchase.
3. Membership subscribers are eligible to attend live doubt-clearing sessions for the included Bootcamp in one active batch, either the immediately upcoming batch or the most recently started batch.
4. If a student is unable to join the assigned Bootcamp batch due to a medical issue or other genuine emergency, they may request to join the next available batch. Such a request must be made within 1 year from the date of activation and is subject to approval by ScholarHat.
5. The membership subscription period starts immediately upon activation, regardless of whether the content is accessed, attended, or used.
6. Once the applicable membership access period expires, continued access to the Membership program and its included Bootcamps requires a paid renewal.

Individual Live Training (Skill Track) Access Validity

1. Individual Live Training (Skill Track) enrollment is valid for 1 year from the date of activation.
2. The subscription period starts immediately upon activation, regardless of attendance or usage.
3. Once the 1-year access period expires, continued access requires a paid renewal.

Job-Ready Tracks & Live Membership Programs Access Validity (Effective 15 December 2025)

1. Job-Ready Tracks and Live Training Membership enrollment is valid for 2 years from the date of activation.
   (Prior to 15 December 2025, access to these programs was limited to 1 year.)
2. The subscription period starts immediately upon activation, regardless of attendance or usage.
3. Once the 2-year access period expires, continued access requires a paid renewal.

Course Change Policy

1. Requests to change an enrolled course, such as Angular to React, React to Angular, or any other course, must be submitted within 5 days of enrollment.
2. Course changes are not permitted after the initial 5-day period.
3. A course change does not extend or reset the original subscription period. The applicable access validity will continue from the original activation date.

Extension Policy

1. Free extensions of subscription or course access are not provided.
2. Once the applicable access period expires, learners may continue accessing the program only through a paid renewal.

Fair Use & Content Protection

1. These policies are designed to protect the value of ScholarHat's training materials, maintain fair usage, and ensure a consistent learning experience for all learners.
2. Subscription access is personal to the enrolled learner and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or provided to another person.
