By purchasing an online course, any training program (individual or job-ready tracks), or membership program (live training) on ScholarHat, you agree to our subscription policies outlined below:

Bootcamp Access & Validity (Effective 1 June 2026)

1. Access to the Bootcamp and Bootcamp Membership is valid for 2 years from the date of activation.
2. Enrolled students are eligible to attend live doubt-clearing sessions in one active batch (either the immediately upcoming batch or the most recently started batch).
3. The subscription period starts immediately upon activation, regardless of whether the content is accessed or not.
4. After the 2-year access period expires, continued access will require a paid renewal.

Individual Live Training (Skill Track) Access Validity

1. Individual live training (skill track) enrollment is valid for 1 year from the date of activation.
2. The subscription period begins immediately upon activation, regardless of attendance.
3. After the 1-year period, continued access requires a paid renewal.

Job-Ready Tracks and Live Membership Programs Access Validity (Effective 15 December 2025)

1. Job-Ready Tracks & Live Training Membership enrollment is valid for 2 year from the date of activation.
   (Prior to 15 December 2025, access for these programs was limited to 1 year.)
2. The subscription period begins immediately upon activation, regardless of attendance.
3. After the 2-year period, continued access requires a paid renewal.

Course Change Policy

1. Requests to change an enrolled course (for example, Angular to React, React to Angular, or any other course) must be submitted within 5 days of enrollment.
2. No course changes will be permitted after the initial 5-day window.

Extension Policy

1. Free extensions are not provided under any circumstances.

How to Request a Subscription Renewal

If your course access has expired and you wish to renew your subscription, please contact our customer support team by emailing support@scholarhat.com. Our team will guide you through the renewal process and provide payment options.
